We had a great waitress who was helpful & friendly. Our food came quickly as we were there at 3 pm & it wasn't too busy. I had the biscuits & gravy, while my husband had the
meatloaf. Very nice gift shop too.

Terrible service at this location. My family was passing though IN and always had good experiences at Cracker Barrel locations and like the food so we decide to make a quick stop for curbside pickup. The online ordering site did not have the menu item (pan seared cod) available and the available Friday fish fry gave us an error message so I decided to call. 3 tries and no answer. Still decided to stop. There was 4 employees and only one other customer in the store, yet none of the girls were able to take my to go order. Lady came in from the kitchen area to take my order but was completely unfamiliar with the menu and side items. She gave me 15-20 min wait time. It took 60 minutes for me to get my order. Mind you, I am not local so this wait put my family behind by an hour and added extra hour of night/dark drive to our evening. Also instead of pan fried cod, we received the cod battered and deep fried and instead of corn muffins I received bread with the meal. My husband went in to tell the manager about our experience who ended up begrudgingly giving us a voucher for one meal but we have no Cracker Barrel’s in our state. Beware when visiting this location and be prepared to spend some extra time.

Good, but you expect good. Menu had changed again as it seems to so much now days. A lot of fancy coffees and other drinks not as many food items.
Food was good, but they seem to be losing their way. They need to get back to simple, good food, served quickly. This is the third time we've waited entirely too long to get our food, and refills...

I just ordered ordered through Grubhub and saw that they have Chicken 'n Biscuits. I was very excited. I don't see it on the regular online menu tho, so I did some research. Cracker Barrel rolled this out the first time in Indianapolis in January of 2021. So im wondering if it's only a sub menu branch off for delivery services.
Regardless, it's so tasty. It beats KFC by far. I was very pleased with everything about my last order. It took a while longer to receive my order, but I was notified of that change soon after placing my order. My food was delivered timely, the temperature was ok, and the food was phenomenal! I was extremely excited to find Grubhub near me is doing the Cracker Barrel Chicken n Biscuits. This was my first order of it and it won't be the last! Amazing comfort food fried chicken. So much better than what KFC has become. I order the sides available of Mac n cheese, coleslaw, dessert of fruit cobbler. I'm very picky about coleslaw and especially Mac n cheese. Both were great.
I'm stuffed, and I have leftovers.

This was my first visit to a Cracker Barrel. The restaurant was super busy which I think says it all. Lots of choices on the menu of authentic American tastes. Really good food at great prices. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and its a very cheerful environment. Recommend visiting and trying out the cuisine.

Service sucked. Manger was of no help. Acted like we had no reason to complain when it took over a hour to get our food. Never mind that 4 tables that were sat after us in the same section were done eating and leaving before we got our food.
Then when we did finally get our food it was cold. That was 10 minutes after they closed. We told him he should adjust our bill at the very least. He said well I'll look into it. That never happened and he was nowhere to be found as we were leaving. Won't be back
