Waitress we really friendly and welcoming, The buffet food selection was amazing.. we were overall happy with the food and staff at china red.. we will most definitely comeback for more very soon... This is our first time in Edinburgh and were looking for a Chinese Buffet Style Restaurant, we found China Red and we were not disappointed. There's loads of choice of food all of which is amazing. The staff and service are brilliant. We'll come back to Edinburgh even if it only to come back here.

Fantastic food selection available, and very reasonable at 20 gbp per head. Kelly our waitress was great, and gave great service. Would go back there all the time..if we lived there!

Nice food and good variability for a good price. We arrived at 1:40pm and it was busy but not super full. There was no waiting line. I would recommend to arrive earlier as they close at 3pm and when we arrived there was no more sushi and they didn’t put more in the buffet, same for some other dishes.

Nicest Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. It looks quite chaotic around the entrance but once seated it was a great atmosphere and very good service. The food was great quality and had loads of variety including a dim sum section and a lot of options for kids. Plenty of Chinese people eating there too while I was there which is always a good sign. I’d definitely come here again if I visit Edinburgh.

This place never disappoints. The diversity of dishes is amazing and the staff are kind and friendly. Everything tasted great and you could see workers dropping off freshly cooked food on a constant basis. For the price of one meal somewhere else, you can come here and eat as much as you want and try 20 things. Highly recommended!!

This all-you-can-eat buffet is a must-visit for those who enjoy excellent Chinese cuisine coupled with value for money. Be aware that some dishes are saltier than one would ordinarily expect. The staff are friendly and efficient, the manager included. The venue is large with plentiful comfortable seating.

I love Chinese food so this place really made me happy. ❤️ The place is clean and doesn’t smell funny. We came here for lunch and, sadly, there was no dimsum during lunchtime. It was fine as there was a variety of food to choose from and they were so delicious. Will definitely come back the next time I’ll visit Edinburgh.
