Great small plates and interesting wine list, but the service could have been a bit more engaging. Worth a visit though, definitely.

Easily the Best Wine Bar in Town! You can’t go wrong on the wine list and the food is delish too! We’re moving to the West End soon and planning on making this our regular.

Great small wine bar with a mixture of interesting small plates - lamb rendang flatbread was delicious. Wine selection is good, and atmosphere is excellent - quietly buzzing, with good background music, but easy to have a conversation without shouting.

Walked in on spec and impressed by the range of wines. Its a small list but well chosen across price points. Eg fizz- there is a Graham Beck sparkling rosé from the Cape and a Crémant de Loire as cheaper choices to champagne. After the Beck we had a single varietal Petit Verdot from Corbiéres which was excellent and good value. We sat at the bar and got excellent service.

The trend for drinking wine and eating sharing platters of cheese and cold meats has a new Edinburgh outpost. Very good for pre or post show sustenance at the Lyceum or Usher Hall. Variety of wines at a variety of pricing points. Good service

Nice new addition to Bread Street. Tasty wine bar, very lovely decor and lovely looking food (I didn't get a chance to try!) Will definitely be back - looks like a good pre-theatre option.

After mention by Jay Rayner we made this the destination we first set off to, and not disappointed. Charming low key service, excellent wine, cosy vibe, food a perfect match. Top marks.
