Nice staff. A good location. The food is simple and presented well. Not too expensive. A good selection of beers, wine etc

Great boozer with great staff. Very reasonable prices too but with none of the "undesirables" who normally infest cheap city center pubs. Like a second home to me! :-)

It's a nice space but there's no craft beer here like advertised, it's I&G lager etc. Staff are usually nice and the burgers are pretty decent.

Very friendly pub serving high quality food at sensible prices. Popular with all age groups. Full access to pub, don't know about toilets.

Just had an amazing meal . Food amazing. Drink flowing Cameron our waiter has been absolutely amazing . Could not have had a better night. Our Denis recommends the long island iced tea as was amazing. But think that was Camerons doing xx .

We were staying at the CityLiving apartments just around the corner, my wife’s brother was over from Melbourne with his wife, we had an evening meal there on the first night and the service was fantastic, our waitress , Emily, was brilliant and we couldn’t recommend this place enough. We had breakfast there most mornings and the food was plentiful, hot and very quick.

Loved this wee pub. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, nice chilled atmosphere, didn't try the food but the menu had plenty choice. The cocktails were brilliant tho! For under £6 each they were well worth it (bearded man behind the bar nailed it!) Staff even sorted us out with phone chargers too! Will defo go back next time I'm in Edinburgh.

I don't leave many reviews but I have been coming to the Foxy Fiddler since the first day it opened where it was struggling to get people through the door but only because people didn't know about it. This is honestly one of the best pubs/bars in Edinburgh with a great family friendly atmosphere. The staff here are amazing; cheerful, chatty and always trying their utmost best to please their customers. Prices are fantastic for the local area where you can get very well priced drinks, pint selection is fantastic too. Food is standard pub food but very reasonably priced and tasty. I've got to single out one member of staff however, Will, he's fantastic and is the livelihood and life of the foxy fiddler.

Excellent food at excellent prices. I had the grilled Sea Bass. Delicious! Low carb as well so a definite bonus. Service was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely recommend and will be back! 😊
