Lovely man serving. I just had a cup of tea and sat in the sun. If you have your own reusable cup do take it to save using the single use cups provided.

Served from a window, dog friendly. Sheltered seating. Great selection of huge scones WITH BUTTER AND JAM. Prices reasonable.

Really nice little coffee shop on one side of the braid hills. The fruit scones were so good we had to go back and get a second! Not sure if there's any inside seating as everyone seemed to be outside and I couldn't see any signs. So just be prepared and wrap up warm (although the tea or coffee will help).
Only one minor issue, I wish they would have a dogs on a leash policy for customers. It's not their fault and in fact it seems to be more and more common these days, but dog owners who really don't have any control of their dog, but thinking they do, having them off leash. It's not too much to ask for people to put their dogs on a leash whilst in an environment where everyone is just trying to enjoy a hot drink and food in peace. But this isn't the owners fault.

Long wait as very few staff. Raspberry and choc scones delicious.

Enjoyed the coffee and fresh cheese scones. There's no indoor seating but there are seats under canopy.

Handy place to grab a drink or snack, pre or post walk. I've tried the cakes, scones and toasties, all very good, with that home made feel.

Outdoor seating with canopies sheltering tables and chairs. Quick service at the servicing window for homemade soup, toasties. coffee and tea. etc. Just what's needed beige or after a walk through the Hermitage of Braid.

We visit semi-regularly with our son and two shelties and we absolutely love it. Owners are wonderful and remembered us after only a few visits which was a lovely experience! Highly recommended.

Best scones I've ever had (raspberry and white chocolate are perfection).
Toasties are also excellent.
Great spot to refuel when you've been for a run or a ramble in the Hermitage of Braid / Blackford Hill, and dog friendly.

A great little place to rest from your walk near Blackford Hill. Freshly baked cakes, and take out coffee/tea is what you'll find here.
