Starbucks Waverley Steps

having been one to frequent a starbucks for years, i can safely say this one is by FAR the friendliest nicest atmosphere. all the staff are so communicative and friendly, most recently today i was served by alannah (think that’s the name? i never have my glasses on lol!). literally adore this starbx with my whole life🫶🏼

At first wasnt the best experience as I got asked to open my bags to check through them to see if I stole anything which actually came off as very upsetting to me however after I explained the situation they kindly gave me a cup, a £20 gift card and most importantly an apology which I did appreciate so in the end was positive but if something happens to you, speak up!!!

What a lovely store!!! I’ve a visual imparement and always hate asking for menus when I can’t see the main one, but they had one printed and handy, and didn’t question me or make me feel awkward (as some have in other shops!) The chap with blue hair even brought my drink over, and it was busy, and I’ve felt relaxed and safe here... great charger points available in the seats too!!! Thank you

Decently sized coffeehouse with plugs in the couches so you can charge your phone and laptop, well priced drinks, clean toilets and okay staff. Not been in here before so I didn't exactly know which queue to stand in but we figured it out in the end, plus the woman serving me gave no indication to whether she heard me so I didn't even know if I was getting the right drink! Overall, good place to chill in amongst all the other retail shops and restaurants. Good place to be once you get used to the structure of the mall.
