Sriracha egg roll. Yes. Yes. Yes. A beautifully balanced breakfast brioche bun. Thanks.

Lovely staff serving inexpensive and high quality food. Much humbler than a lot of other fancy coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend for a quick bite or an easy lunch.

We went here a few times during our recent visit to Edinburgh. Unpretentious, delicious breakfast rolls and great service. Even given a little extra tasty bite as it was my birthday. Highly recommended.

Very tasty and not very expensive. They have some good options for breakfast and lunch and the tea was fantastic

I've always loved this place, and just wish it were in the neighbourhood where I live so I could go more often. Over the 40 years I've lived in Edinburgh, many small places like this have been forced out of business as Edinburgh has become increasingly pretentious, over-gentrified, soul-less and inauthentic. Not Caffeine. Genuinely delicious, generous food and friendly staff who clearly care deeply about the food and service they provide. Lovely, inspired combinations, like their gorgeous egg sriracha roll with cheese and onions. At my request, they added some roasted peppers at no extra charge. I'm a huge aubergine fan, and they do a fabulous roll with aubergine, mozzarella, and other gorgeousnesses. Yum And yesterday I tried their lovely Egyptian stew involving lentils, chick peas, and tomatoes. It's now going to be much more difficult to choose what to order, though I'm not complaining.

Good coffee and rolls. Had a massive hangover but the chorizo brioche took care of it. If you like sweet, don't miss out on the salted caramel brownie. Just wonderful!

Just one of the very few unpretentious genuinely tasty places in Stockbridge. No hipster branding or pseudo eco-organic-trade-a-kidney-for-a-piece-of-cake vibe. Just good food, friendly helpful service and fair prices
