Aldo's Sighthill Fish & Chips

I picked 4 stars even though their fish was tasty (putting it mildly) as it took 1 hour and 20mins to arrive to me. I think its because they were busy and I'd paid with my card so they knew I had no choice but to wait. Would've rated 5 stars if weren't for that. My kids say hungry until after 90m as we had late tea as was time got back from shopping until later than dinner time. Also they sent me a single burger though I paid a supper. It was already £27 without getting even less for it. It is also more expensive than most chippies we've ordered from though the deliciousness made up for that. Paid for quality not quantity as it should be. So maybe was just because how busy they were with that part too obviously just like the delivery too. So it has pros and cons but I was blown away by the taste of it that I WILL be ordering again from there. Worth a try that's for sure and like I says it won't be last time I buy from them as I wasnr only one that thought it was delish as my sons loved it too, what they got.

Aldo.s is a nice place to shop if you are on a low income and it has the things you want but it is only good if you have money to spend on things you are looking for there are other shops just like Aldo.s. there is home bargains and B & M . There is lidol s as well so it pays to shop a round for the things you want in life

Amazing lamb pizza with reasonable price! Will go back again *New update after 5 months - after trying the nearby chip shops we still think Aldo's has the best fish and chips in this area. We also tried other menu items e.g. Pakora, pakora pizza, jumbo haggis, etc but aldo never failed us once! Highly recommend their pakora and pizzas!
