Visited Crollas whilst travelling through. Staff friendly and welcoming. I just had the iron bru ice cream, hubby had waffle with ice cream. Reasonable prices.

Decent place to have ice cream. Their strawberry ice cream was fab. On the other hand the chocolate waffle with mint sauce was a miss for me. Staff was fantastic

I would recommend anyone with a taste for all thing’s delicious to visit this establishment. The selection of ice cream is absolutely fab - as well as other products that will add inches to your waistline just from a mere glance across the counter. There are two menu boards to select from i.e a sit in or take away. The member of staff that served us was friendly and courteous. The ‘double scoop’ cone we had was loaded with more than enough goodies to fully satisfy my guilty pleasure. Lastly, the price was well worth the guilt trip !

We were in tonight and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the staff . We were a group of 7 including 3 children and they were kind enough to make smaller versions of the coldstone for the kids - after the staff advised they would be too big for the kids- lovely to have such honesty . Even the dog had a scoop of your wonderful ice cream . Thank you so much for your attentive service and friendly helpful staff . We look forward to visiting you again soon .

Staff very friendly and funny. Ordered double cone for 3.10. In this day and age, great value. Huge scoops. Massive! So many choices. I chose one vanilla and one biscoff. Beware it is very very sweet. Maybe I should have gone for sorbet.
I've never seen this place busy, but today in heat it was.
Strange location.
Kids and adults alike will love this.

Delicious waffles, cookie dough and ice cream. Great that they stay open till late, and it makes a good alternative to a pub. I wish there were more cafes like this in Edinburgh!

Update 17/05 :Got an email from Gillian in management. The staff was dealt with and we were invited for desert.
I was skeptical but I'm glad we were back. Such a difference! The store was spotless, the staff was nice and were even a couple families on the store having sweets with their kids.
The brownies were excellent and warm! So moist and perfect!
I'm glad they took action and change the staff, I really wanna come back now for a family treat!

We just left the store in horror because the teenagers staff they have is unbelievable rude and unpleasant. They barely listen and are more concerned about their little boyfriends play fighting with them on the floor than serving customers.
Yelling, laughing annoyingly loud and wrestling with this guys in front of the customers like the store belongs to them. I really didn't feel safe (this kids appearances weren't the best.) and left the store with my niece.
Never coming back because the staff is absolutely awful.

Large selection of ice cream and other desserts. Nice location being by The Shore - easy to get to and walkable. The place looked cute and would be ideal for coffee with desserts dates or for families to take their kids to as they have plenty of options with milkshakes/puddings etc.
