I had a few minutes to spare and popped into this market. They had some nice meat for sale and what seemed to be a locally produced hot sauce product that I've not seen. I thought I was passing back through later in the day, but didn't. Will be back again.

Was very surprised as on first sight I thought it was a wee little place but upon further investigation I went in for a nosey and it opens up to a much bigger well stocked shop with some good quality farm produce the steak and gravy pies were amazing

Found this place by accident in December when buying a Xmas tree from the adjoining garden centre. Great selection of local fruit n veg. Went back week later for whole Xmas dinner shop. Even had sausage and bacon. Made tastiest Xmas dinner ever. Great cheese too.

The cashier was really sweet and I enjoyed a nice chat with him. The fresh produce was disappointing; fruit flies circling and lots of rotten vegetables for sale. I had to throw my garlic away as it was full of mould.
