Prairie Rock Grill

I will never eat there again. Disguising! When the owner doesn't care enough about his customers to wash his hands after going to the restroom and then go out and roll/handle silverware you eat with, what does that say about the place and other people that work there. The owner should lead by example. They should exemplify cleanliness in the operation of a restaurant. They and all their employees should wash their hands after using the restroom. Who wants to eat with silverware handled by dick hands?

It has a lot of nostalgic value for my family, as we've been coming here since I was little and it was nothing more than a microbrewery. It was sad to see the old prairie rock go under, so our delight at its renewal under a new owner is understandable. However, it didnt really live up to expectations - maybe it was just teething pains after having just reopened, but the service was subpar, the food so-so, and the indoors got somewhat smokey after it seemed like the chef forgot to turn on the range hood. Still, the owner is nice so I hope to go back sometime and update my review to something more favorable.
