Pizza Hut

Update: I called the store and they were able to ensure my money would be refunded and they also gave me a $25 credit. The manager was very apologetic as well and explained the situation. I ordered delivery and was quoted over an hour. That's not the problem, after waiting over 2 hours for my order to be delivered, and after seeing my order was in route to my house, the store closed and no one ever showed up. They charged me $50 and I never got any call saying anything as to why my order never showed.

Pizza Hut makes a really decent pizza. Where we live, we don't have many choices for food to go. I am glad they started making salads again. Our pizzas are always ready on time and hot. They are generous with the toppings, too. I wish they still had spinach, though. It was so good with mushrooms and black olives 😁

Elgin pizza hut should be hiring new managers. At this location there is always something. They don't never have drivers, they don't honor online coupons half the time, and curbside means park at the curb and come inside...lol.. they need to shut it down and I will try to help with the process. I will now only be ordering Domino's, Little Caesars or Aviator. When ordering pizza in Elgin.

I placed a PICK UP order for Tuesday at 8:15 pm. When we arrived to pick up our large specialty pizza, someone came to the car and said they would check on our order. We waited 15 minutes then finally asked the same person who was delivering to a car next to us if our order was going to be delivered soon. He said yes. We waited another 10 minutes and it was finally brought out to us. No apology. No reason given for the delay. We got the pizza home and it was not cut in half appropriately. We were very disappointed with this experience.

The pizza from this location is consistently overcooked, sometimes almost burned. The boneless wings were dry, with very little sauce in the bottom of the container - not even enough to coat them when shaken. Overall, it feels that very little effort gets put into quality checking each order that goes out for delivery, as along with the things mentioned above, items such as drinks regularly get left out, and a driver has to bring them by later
