Cobbs At Nevisport

We purchased a tent which unfortunately had a fault and we had a new one on the doorstep within 2 days. Unfortunately that tent also had a manufacturing fault & I was ready to cry! The customer service has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish and we’re getting a third tent which has been quality checked by Nevisport and all arranged within 2 days again! It may have delayed our break but having it all sorted so quickly has softened the blow. Big thanks to Kirsty & Kaye!! 😊 someone get these ladies a cake!!

I was a man in need of help when I visited Nevisport. A day earlier I had ascended Ben Nevis and made it back down in one piece which is more than could be said for my trusty decade-old Karrimor walking boots. The Vibram sole was cracked wide open after manfully battling the scree at the summit. The build quality meant I escaped with no blisters but it left me in need of new boots for my attempt at Scafell Pike a day later! I was ushered by a masked assistant into the boot area and we talked through my options, trying on a couple of pairs before settling on a very comfortable pair of Sprayways. Similar to my old boots these fitted beautifully and at the till I was happy to find they were subject to a 20% discount. Very happy punter here. And, dear reader, if you are wondering, I did, just about make it up Scafell Pike and I can reveal that the boots are both comfortable and waterproof (and no blisters either) which is all I ask. Kudos to the helpful staff here, if I didn't live in Portsmouth I would happily visit again!
