We went here last week and it was great fully enjoyed the really friendly staff burger was lovely chips were nice to pitty you have to pay for them separately though refill soft drinks great value you really get your money's worth on them 🙂

Hadn't been for a while. Changed to waitress service now( it used to be order at the till) lovely meal. Really friendly staff, couldn't do enough. Well done!

Excellent food with first class service. Staff are polite and friendly and can't do enough for you. Food is competitively priced but much nicer and more abundant than similar establishments. We got an excellent deal with having cinema tickets for the Odeon next door so it's well worth checking if anything like that is running.

Very tasty. Very good burgers, lovely chips and sweet potato fries and also lovely halloumi bites which some places cannot achieve. The refillable drinks are a great idea would definitely recommend and go back. Slight drawback it is slightly expensive at around £10 each burger then have to buy chips or side separately, we did this for 3 for £10 so £50 in total for 3 of us but kept us full for hours, we personally would go back.
As for the cost it is probably cheaper than the other restaurants within the metrocentre food court but worth it.

We had a really nice lunch here, staff were friendly and attentive. I would recommend anyone to give it a try for a good burger. We had the Mexican burger, bacon and blue cheese with Denver and cheesy fries. All of which was delicious.

Always good. Friendly service, they cater well for those that require gluten free. Buns come sealed and Belgium Double Chocolate Cheesecake

Love it! Always go here here when we are in Newcastle, all burgers are Gluten Free which caters for our needs and the Cajun chips are amazing! Service always fab! Just wish there was one closer to home.

Great burgers, staff are very friendly and helpful and actually help to apply discounts even though your didn't ask! I didn't know my cinema ticket allowed a discount, will definitely go back. Recommended 👍

Not cheap but using Meerkat Meals made it reasonable. Server was very polite and and likable. Burger was absolutely delicious. Couldn't fault it so long as you're prepared to pay a bit more.
