Not going there ever again. Went there with family today, the guy over charged on the bill, when got caught he never said sorry and neither corrected the bill. Asked him multiple times but he insisted that he has to charge me now inflated price because he ready rung the till and he can't change it now, else his owner 'Ali' will question him. Had to leave the restaurant without food. The man insisted that I have to pay the wrong bill or he can't entertain the order. Although he was only asking for £6 extra but why I should pay him £6 extra for his mistake. Such a shame. Decided will never go back again. Went to German doner just across the street and we all loved it. Avoid Bistro at all cost. If such rude and arrogant staff will deal with the customers, i guarantee this place will be shut in few months.
