The swan is wonderful! If you're visiting Grasmere I'd 100% recommend a visit, it's a regular for my everytime I'm in the central lakes! The location is absolutely beautiful being a 5 min walk from the center of Grasmere itself! The building is lovely and aswell as a huge menu for food they have a great selection of beers, gins and ales! It's welcoming and have genuinely great, friendly and professional staff! If you're lucky to sit outside you'll be greeted with an absolute amazing view! Im fairly sure they have rooms to stay in too!

Absolutely superb place! Location is undeniably beautiful. Happened to pass it on our to Ambleside and thought, wow how great. And it absolutely lived up to the location. Only serving pizzas due to the pandemic and yet it was exactly what we were looking for. Only thing I would say is that if you are going to put a margarita on the menu maybe not put blue cheese amongst other cheeses on there. Amazing.
