After an impromptu visit as a treat for the kids, we were greeted and served by Danielle. What great service! Nothing was too much trouble. Danielle was efficient, attentive and really helpful. We couldn't order online so Danielle did everything for us, making ordering so quick and easy. I sincerely hope her managers see this review and pass on these comments.
After a bad experience at the brewers fayre down the road, which resulted in us leaving before ordering. I am pleased we got offered a table here. The waitresses were lovely and manager really welcomed us into the restaurant. The first table we were offered was wobbly, when we moved to another table, we noticed the manager and a waitress dealing with the table issues straightaway by closing it off. The food was delicious and arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was clean and stylish. We left with full tummy’s and a happy face. We will be back :), keep up the good work guys!
Was a treat for us and we enjoyed it plenty of choice. We had the 15.99 have anything you want buffet.

The staff worked very hard to keep the place running as we visited on a very busy lunch time sitting they definitely are a credit to the store.
Unfortunately a few different tables were so greedy and disrespectful to the restaurant taking more food than they were going to eat and kids running about making so much mess at the ice cream station I felt sorry for the hard working staff.
You(the company) should charge wastage on those that abuse the all you can eat buffet its not fair on the staff and we all end up paying more in the end to cover the costs of such irresponsibility. Most people pay by the app or a card so it should not be hard to implement and might stop the greed.
A lovely restaurant to eat in.
Everywhere was clean, including the toilets.
The salad bar was well stocked and all the food seemed fresh.
The waitress serving us was lovely and couldn't do enough - even asked if we wanted a remake because the cheese on one of our pizzas was "a little dark". It didn't need it, but was lovely to have that offered.
Usual limited menu, lasagne was very good. Ordering through the app is much easier than it was before. Lack of non alcoholic beer means drivers can only have soft drinks though the ginger ale is really good. Pleasant and prompt service, clean tables.
Greeted very quickly and found a table, all the staff were polite and attentive. Food came out in a reasonable time and plates were cleared away quickly. Great service.
My only negative is that its now cashless, and I personally like to use cash to know how much spending. A way of the world which is going wrong in my opinion.
Food was good, atmosphere was honesty not the best, I understand that it is a public restaurant but there were kids constantly screaming, I wouldn't recommend getting anything from the salad bar, kids putting food back in the trays, kids sniffing it and having their hair on it. Can't say it was good but at least the waiters were nice👍 7.5/10
Quick and attentive service from danni and excellent food that came promptly. the mobile ordering was easy to use. Overall my experience on this occasion was near perfect.
Service on point and food was tasty. All made fresh however they seemed unsure about getting salad when takeaway ordered. They offer nhs / blue light discount also. Have been a few times and always been top compared to other Pizza Hut branches.
Thank you for fitting us in on a Saturday night without a booking. We really enjoyed our time and the food was really really good.
