Pizza Hut

Food was great although a little expensive £80 for 5 people and we shared alot, so wasn't 1 pizza each and only 2 had salad bowl and 2 ice cream factories, bit given a 5 because it was cooked to perfection. You had to pay up front for your meal and use an app and the prices on the menu in front of you was different to the app (you paid more). The host was quiet and didn't really want to be there and made it awkward to ask questions about the menu. At the beginning she was on her own, but eventually more staff came in and they seemed to be happier to be there and came across as more helpful.

Our family enjoys pizza hut, infact it's my sons favourite place to eat, as he is on the spectrum he finds dining out can be overwhelming, but he really enjoys the atmosphere in pizza hut. He even made me get up and have a little dance with him. (Not something he usually does.) All the staff are kind and attentive. The food is great, the wait time is minimal (another factor we appreciate, as waiting can be a challenge for him) Overall it remains one of or most favourite restaurants.

Was a treat for us and we enjoyed it plenty of choice. We had the 15.99 have anything you want buffet. Visited 05/09 The staff worked very hard to keep the place running as we visited on a very busy lunch time sitting they definitely are a credit to the store. Unfortunately a few different tables were so greedy and disrespectful to the restaurant taking more food than they were going to eat and kids running about making so much mess at the ice cream station I felt sorry for the hard working staff. You(the company) should charge wastage on those that abuse the all you can eat buffet its not fair on the staff and we all end up paying more in the end to cover the costs of such irresponsibility. Most people pay by the app or a card so it should not be hard to implement and might stop the greed.

After an impromptu visit as a treat for the kids, we were greeted and served by Danielle. What great service! Nothing was too much trouble. Danielle was efficient, attentive and really helpful. We couldn't order online so Danielle did everything for us, making ordering so quick and easy. I sincerely hope her managers see this review and pass on these comments.
