Had a lovely lunch - the kids loved the ice cream factory and the bottomless squash, and with the salad bar, they actually are some vegetables as well as pizza and ice cream

You know what you are getting in a Puzza Hut restaurant, the variables are staff and location.
Here the staff were friendly and cleaned tables very quickly.
The location is great for people watching with large windows overlooking one of the exits from Blue Water.

Salad bar was nice. And most amazing part was that everything in the salad was vegetarian ! Loved it. Big sharer offer was perfect for family of 4.

After a long wait in line to be seated, all six groups waiting were then seated very quickly and the line cleared. Felt like staff were very busy. Ordered and paid by app so had very little interactions with staff.
Toilets were in a poor condition so I had to take my son to a different toilet in the centre by going upstairs. Food was nice, standard Pizza Hut. Atmosphere very busy due to proximity to shoppers and entrance.

Great service we went for the buffet which is on until 3 was always pizza ready salad was great too

Ordering through the App made using the voucher we had very difficult but our server was very helpful in assisting, helping order our food while we resolved the problem. Pizza was nice and take away boxes easily available for what was left

Recently visited for dinner on a weekday evening and we had such incredible service on top of fresh pizza! even though we ordered from the app and paid online prior it was really simple and the server called (Holly?? Hollie?) went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay throughout the dinner. She was so kind and already makes us want to come back!

As good a Pizza Hut as anywhere, friendly and efficient servers and reasonably priced food. The interior of this Bluewater location is looking rather tired now, could do with a refurb.
