For a Tuesday evening it was fairly busy. 2 of us managed a walk in about 6ish and after that it started to fill up. Food was excellent, service wasn't rushed and for the quality the price was solid.

I am very surprised to read any negative reviews of this restaurant which has been a firm favourite with my family and friends since the day that it first opened. The atmosphere is always great whether for a couples night or for a celebration. Food always served hot and is delicious and the staff could not be more courteous. The prices are very reasonable for this day and age in my opinion, considering that both costs and overheads have greatly increased. Whether dining in or enjoying a takeaway I have never been disappointed. I would happily recommend.

I had read the reviews on the Royal Indian and its fair to say the reality lived up to expectations! The food was really good, as was the service. The occasion was a very special one for us and the staff did everything they could to make it even more special. Thank you all for a wonderful evening. We will definitely be going back.

Myself and my family went for dinner to The Royal Indian Restaurant for a birthday and couldn't recommend this place any more! Fantastic service, lovely atmosphere and the best curry we had ever had. The staff are so polite and professional. We use this restaurant for takeaways and have never been disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful, clean, air conditioned, light restaurant. Extensive menu. Serving staff are friendly and very efficient. Food is F A B U L O U S and the servings are generous. Fantastic place. Can’t recommend it highly enough. We will be returning. Ps. Free parking in the big south street car park nearby.

Ordered a takeaway this evening for myself & my granddaughter. The food was nice & hot. Ingredients tasted fresh and the meal was absolutely delicious. Lovely young lady took my order & a friendly pleasant young man delivered.

Always a great meal served here. The food has flavour rather than just being spicy. The service is always professional and friendly. Recommend booking a table as it can get busy at the weekend. Great for eat in or takeaway.

Having committed well over 15 years to my extensive research, I am happy to confirm this is a very fine establishment. They do all the classics plus lots of new things that will surely become your new favourites. I am really looking forward to post COVID times when I can enjoy this environment with my friends and family again.
