Now I am single and don't want the awkward solo dining experience so I order from Frankie and Benny's on deliveroo. It's always a good experience! I dislike the plastic/cardboard packaging used but it takes two minutes to dump that gorgeous food onto a plate. The food is always amazing, consistent and comes quick. The drivers are generally timely. A+ service all round. I even noticed on my last order a lovely note 😋 what more could you want!

This place is the Duck's guts..
We're here in Halifax for a short stay from Australia and came across Frankie & Benny's.
The place has a great 50's New York vibe and is beautifully decorated. The menu is American-Italian and has heaps of choices. The food is fresh and tasty in a traditional style.
I loved the atmosphere, the food and the staff are very cool. I give this place a strong 10 from 10.

We went last night for my daughters birthday at her request. Owain served us and was very helpful. It was very good value for money. We did a family deal, expecting portions would be small but was nicely surprised. We left feeling nicely full but not an empty purse. Thank you

Friendly good clean restaurant. Staff attentive upon arrival, even though we all arrived at different times.
Once ordered, food was hot and arrived in a reasonable time, however I wasn't keen on the dessert, a frozen lemon meringue and another member of our party didn't enjoy their dessert either and believed it tasted odd, but overall a pleasant experience had.

quick service and hot food. the waiter "Tony" was on duty and was working alone. Great job done, very polite and served us very professionally.
This was very first visit to any Frankie and Benny's, and I will re visit.
If I have a criticism it would be to have the heating turned up a little.....

We have just been for an awesome family meal. All food was spot on came out pretty quick. Tony our waiter was amazing he was very attentive his customer service was second to none. Thanks for everything really made the meal.

Fantastic service. Our server Gary was welcoming, efficient and friendly. Made sure we were well looked after. The food was fantastic, chicken and steak cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back again

Fantastic service from our server Garry! He took our order without noting it down and got everything correct, made sure we had absolutely everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble. Our party was 3 adults and two children aged 9yrs and 3yrs with one adult being gluten free. Garry and the Halifax branch were great!

Great food, great staff, great atmosphere, staff very helpful to wheelchair users, and families with small children. Excellent customer service. Breakfasts there are great only problem is too many nice choices for breakfast it's hard to choose which one to go for as they're all nice.
