Could not rate this place any higher - the staff are amazing, the food is great. They did a brilliant job of hosting my family and I for a memorial meal and went above and beyond when my mother-in-laws phone was left!

First time here,nice cosy traditional boozer.nice pint of John Smith's or 3, Family of 4 ,All had starters which were very good 👍,and 4 mains .excellent food,we had no complaints (and I can be a bit picky).The portions are big, no complaints here . Was given a warm welcome by the lady behind the bar. Definitely glad we tried this pub out,we will be back ,our new go to pub for a midweek meal. Oh and a reasonably extensive menu..👍👍

I would recommend paying a visit to this unassuming pub, the staff are all very friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, has a good menu and great tasting. We will be returning next time we are in the area. If you live locally and haven't been to eat the you are missing out.

Super nice pub with amazing good quality food at very reasonable prices. I had a special off the board, a T bone steak with garlic mash and it was superb. My chunky Spam fritter starter was also very nice, sent me straight back to my childhood and were super nice.
