Had pizza on Friday night while staying at local camping site... found it by chance but so glad we did... amazing pizza! Will definitely get them again when we're in Harrogate

Me and my daughter LOVE Papa Johns!
It's the only pizza that she eats and not just scraps the topping off. She also eats the crust. I can only afford it with vouchers, then even then, it's expensive, BUT it's worth every penny when it comes right! Service can be really shoddy at times. I've waited an hour more often than I should have. A couple of weeks ago, I waited 2 hours, and it was freezing by the time we got it. I had to put it in the microwave, which should only be done on day 2 of our pizzas n desserts. I was extremely disappointed. Also, by accident over a month ago, I paid twice on the app as I was on the bus and must have caught my back button and thought the payment hadn't gone through. I only realised when they phoned me and asked if I had done it by accident, which I did and asked for a refund. I waited a week and phoned to ask what was going on with my refund as I hadn't got it. I was told I had to go on the website to email corporate myself to ask for my refund. To which I told them the lad said he would refund it to me that day. They then told me they would email corporate for me and get back in touch with me about what was going on, but weeks later, still nothing. I've tried ringing to no avail. I keep meaning to go down, but I walk everywhere and have bad legs and back. It's a long walk, and I haven't been well with it recently. I hope they see this and some action is taken.
