Not sure why the reviews are so low, it's the best local kebab shop i have been to. Easy to call up and pickup, quick service.
Shish kebabs are my favourite, the extra veg skwer you get in the "special" is well worth it!
Just got a delivery I accidentally ordered the wrong kebab and phoned them. They said they had already started preparing but would change it for me. Great customer service especially as it was my fault! Food came quick and fresh.
Great kebab and nice chips. Only downside is its cash only. Can't understand how any business survives these days without a card machine

Excellent quality food; would especially recommend the Chicken wrap: good portion size and tasty! But the chicken burgers and peri-peri chicken were excellent also, and the chips were exceptional!

Second or third time we've ordered from Flames and every time generous portions of really good food. We've had Lamb Diner Kebabs and Chips. Whenever delivered, very prompt. Great food, thank you.
We order from Flamez regularly. They offer great, tasty food and very affordable prices, and provide excellent quality and value. And the service from both the guys on the phone and the delivery team is brilliant. For example, this evening we had a small snafu with our order (first time ever as far as I can recall) as a portion of cheesy chips was missing. I called them as soon as we realised, and within 10 minutes they turned up (Shefford) with the chips. Now that's what I call excellent customer service! Thank you guys!
My go-to local takeaway. We, embarrassingly, order from here at least once a week (sometimes more). Food is always nice and delivery quick. And if you have pretences, just add to the notes and they’re more than happy to oblige. Both kebabs and pizzas are fantastic!
Couldn't recommend this place enough, was fortunate enough to work there for a time, amazing staff members who always put the customers first, great quality food . More importantly it is run by genuinely nice people.

We have had two take aways from here - the food arrived hot and well packed, it was very tasty and the delivery man was very polite. We have no complaints and given our experiences to date we will definitely use Flamez again.
