Pizza Hut

They don't serve tea anymore, and cheese and pepper for your pizza is sold separately. We had to ask for a fork. It was not the good pizza hut we used to know. I don't know if they are all like this, but I can see it won't be long til they close down. What a shame. At the pay out counter, they tell you that if you can't be patient, fill out an application. Short staffed. Really?

If you walk in and get Jennifer as a waitress just walk back out. She's hateful and beyond rude. She made it very obvious that our family was unwelcome from the moment my daughter walked in. She couldn't be bothered to get a highchair, was mad at us because our toddler drinks tea not Dr Pepper. I'm not exaggerating she did everything but straight up roll her eyes until we were paid out then she became even more rude. Paid $50+ for sub-par pizza and a waitress that had my daughter in tears

The service was the worst. They didn’t even have traditional wings. We were served bottled drinks and had only an option of 4 different kinds. We had a store credit that wasn’t honored and prices given to us for the pizzas were not honored. Instead of them making things right, they wanted to be petty and argue with us customers. Then they increased the bill saying the first receipt was incorrect. To top it off, when the store credit was given, the manger called back to argue that her employee should not have given us any kind of credit. That was totally uncalled for and unprofessional.
