The way to this place is visible as at the entrance they have their logo. Beautiful quaint place. Food is really good. A bit expensive yes. We ordered gentlemans tea, scones are dry. Fries is good. The sandwiches in ciabatta bread is really good.
Space is a bit cramp and crowded. But it's okay.

First time here in Holt, recommeded by locals had a really lovely meal, (curry night) great host & value for money I'll definetly be back the owner Paul was really friendly, perfect host.

Three of us popped in here recently for a cheeky breakfast prior to attending Funeral.
Fabulous!
Everything was super tasty and the quality of the ingredients in my full English was superb. Yummy sausage and super tasty bacon. All with a very generous serving of sourdough toast.
The youngsters had vegetarian and vegan and they said they were excellent too.
Coffee is good too.

4 adults. Unhurried and thoroughly enjoyable Sunday lunch in a great atmosphere.
Between us we had light and really delicately flavoured starters of handmade lamb kofte and crispy squid. Both were incredible, in particular the lamb kofte.
Roast pork and crackling, roast beef and Yorkshire puddings and roast venison were all fabulous and the vegetables were delicious.
It was appreciated how good it all was when we all sent plates back completely emptied.
Desserts of apple sticky toffee pudding (yes, I know it sounds odd but it was amazing) and ice cream, strawberry pavlova and chocolate trifle finished a truly wonderful meal.
The Merlot was excellent.
Service wise, the staff were interested and attentive and Paul the owner and chef made a point of checking in with all tables.
It’s £18.95 for a roast main which is competitively priced for the area and having eaten around here a lot, this is one of the best in quality and value.
We will definitely go back. And soon.

We went here on a Saturday morning for breakfast and we wasn't disappointed the service was fantastic all the staff are very friendly and as for the food it was amazing. We are vegan and had plenty to choose from and was told they would change or adapt whatever we needed. We will definitely be back when we visit the area next time.

The most delicious and light chai latte is served here. It is one of those drinks that you don't want to end. The eggs and salmon with hollandaise on a savoury muffin and cod bites in a wrap with fries and salad were beautifully done too!

We called in last night 29th June 2023 for the Thursday curry night, on the off chance of a tenable for two, we got lucky.
We don't really want to say how great this place is otherwise when next up in that part of the world we might not get a table but here goes:
Spotless place
Spotless tables and cutlery
No Guinness (sob) but Wherry Beer was Wherry nice.
Food delicious. Hold on to that chef boss.
Service was fabulous:
The young lad who served us is doing a great job. He makes multitasking look easy girls and you all say men cant multitask. Go see this guy and look and learn girls, he has it mastered. Boss, he's a keeper, he is an asset.
Cannot wait to come back, it is the best eatery in Holt by a country mile

We went on a Wed which is Thai night, meal was fantastic and great value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel really welcome. A must visit if eating out in Holt on a Weds evening.
