Lovely garden to sit in on a nice afternoon. We had delicious Buddha bowls with fresh veg and dips. Everything, including the bowls and cutlery were good quality. Excellent coffee and boho ice cream to follow. Great value and quick service.
Really lovely café in a great area of Hove. Delicious homemade food and cakes! I love sitting outside and soaking up the sunshine on a nice day, or going to the garden at the back for more peace and quiet. You might even get to stroke the very cuddly neighbour’s cat. The staff are all really nice, and Dan, who runs the place, is super friendly! Would absolutely recommend this place — great food, drinks and vibes!
A small group of us including a 1yr old dropped in for lunch. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. They also had a high chair and were welcoming to children.
Under new management, this is a lovely place to have coffee, cake or lunch. Very friendly staff + very accommodating. Very nice coffee + menu to be extended shortly as only just reopened. Nice garden out back. Highly recommended. Will definitely be going back.
Love this place. Food is fresh and the service attentive and kind. The sun-trap garden is a calm place to spend some time too. Recomend the 'big boy' breakfast, soaks-up a hangover like a love sponge. Blankets provided if a bit chilly if you still want some winter sun.

Absolutely fantastic healthy home made food
What a fabulous hidden gem of a cafe - delicious food, amazing cakes and the best coffee for miles. All this and a secret garden in the middle of Portland Road’s eclectic mix of independent shops. Daniel and his staff go above and beyond to serve their customers - all cafes should be like this.
I had a delicious toastie that was excellent value for money (it was huge!! And sat outside in the sun. Will visit again!
