Well stocked and staff always helpful. Even when a chop shop went disastrously wrong (which isn’t their dept) they went out of their way to help and refunded me regardless as I’d been delivered someone else’s shopping. The store itself is …
Don't bother with the chop shop. Waited around for 75 minutes only to recieve an email saying the order was cancelled. No apology. Nothing.
Some of the staff in the store are brilliant. But the online customer service is shocking. Will be be avoiding unfortunately.

Recently improved with a facelift. New coffee shop. Much better all round. Fresh bakery, sushi, cafe, etc. Using Sainsbury's app is very convenient and provides individual offers. Love Smartshop
