Experience was just okay.
We had pizza of 19.99 and it wasn't worth the price but since we had redeemed the offer got it for half the price.
The staff definitely lacks the skill in baking and also in cutting the pizza. Pizza ordered was mighty meat pizza and it didn't have adequate amount of topping as they displayed

Despite having to wait 50 minutes in total, we checked the pizza tracker and it said it was delivered, when in fact it wasn't, had to ring them go see what was going on, they said it should be out for delivery now. When the pizzas finally arrived the deliver driver was hanging around with his hands in his back pockets, after he handed us the pizza's and I had to tell him we have paid, he then said, "you've paid?" Erm yes mate it states it on the box!? Trying to get more money out of us! Very very disappointed

PIzza arrived 45 minutes late and app said it had been delivered 25 minutes before it actually arrived. Driver said late delivery was because of Eid/driver shortages but Eid was 2 days ago. Poor service.. avoid.

They don't use seal stickers on boxes or use them pizza tables that stop it getting crushed.
Not uncommon for them to miss items or get something wrong. But if your hammered or finish work between 1 to 4am, you can't really blame them. Much respect to them on the late shift

Ordered and ending up waiting 40+ mins for any communication through the app. Once we arrived a further 10-15 mins wait for it. Food was okay but the wait ruined it

Just been served by Rakesh on the phone and have to say I heard many good things about this branch and it shows through amazing customer service! Kindness goes a long way! Haven’t even received food but will be ordering again for sure

Lovely pizzas but sometimes have a problem with the staff over the phone they really make you rush in ordering over the phone best to place an order online!
