I've complained a few times but this place is filthy. It's a real shame that it doesn't follow the pride of other stores across the UK.

This place is filthy it needs a thorough clean and refurbishing. Why anyone would drink and eat here I don't know. There are 2 cafes next door which are far superior in the cleaniness, food quality and coffee quality. But this a chain.
Update this place is still bad go to Moka , Milano or the local cafe, all much much better
I always go neros for their matcha as it’s so good, love the servers in there. Had Sophie, Mo and Carlota today and they were lovely as usual.
Staff are very friendly, cafe was kept tidy and tables always clean. Drinks made quickly, I had a pistachio matcha and it was lovely!

I can't make comparisons with other coffee shops as, for me, Nero's have the best coffee in town so I never go anywhere else. Outdoor seating, dog friendly inside and out, no sort of a view worth mentioning but you can't have everything.
I am a customer for about 9 years now.
Is the only coffee in town i like. I go in there about 3 -4 times a week.
Stuff has changed over the years but i am happy with the current one ( especially Francesco) . They know their customers and know exactly what i want before to order.
