Ipswich's Record Office in a new setting, with an integrated cafe. All the usual research facilities are there and they have exhibitions as well, between the University and Suffolk New College. The most recent exhibition was about Wolsey's life.

Very nice spot for a coffee with a sense of grandeur inside and a nice outdoor terrace in good weather. Chance to learn a little while you're there.

Nice airy new space for the Ipswich Record Office. The special exhibits are a little underwhelming so not worth travelling to see. But as a space for research this is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

An excellent facility worth visiting. We recently saw the Lego exhibition, but the quality of all the temporary exhibitions is high. Staff and friendly and cafe has great views of the waterfront (and smells of lavender from all the plants. Lovely). Great facility for education, meetings and conferences and the auditorium is world class.
