Starbucks

Ordered a cappuccino in a "here mug" to enjoy in the lounge. Typically, cappuccinos are meant to be presentable and appetizing. I didnt feel this either. Coffee dribbling down the mug so i have coffee stains (which they could have wiped off) down the sides. Some sort of glue-looking residue on the mug, making it just simply look dirty. Also, the taste is of the drink is just...ok...definitely not delicious. Sorry Starbucks, dont think ill be back here.

Order a Casara cold brew, got a regular one instead. I have no problem that I got the wrong order but instead of making the correct drink they decided to just take the old cold brew and gave it a new lid and the foam that comes on the casara instead. The label on the drink even says cold brew. I only decided to look at the label when I noticed it didn't taste the way it should...

I just want to say I am not a coffee drinker and your employee Vanessa step by step helped me get my friends order correct she is awesome. Good service is so hard to find and this one was Fantastic! Best service I have recieved in a while!! Keep up the great work!!! Thank you again for all your help!

I used to live near this starbucks and went through many mornings on my way to work. I've moved and am no longer anywhere near this location. Today I had to drop off my Puppito at the vet for his dental cleaning and ended up in the area of this Starbucks. As always, I ordered my Chai Tea Latte. Got to the office, had that first sip and it was a Choir of angels-shaft of light-spititual moment. Yum-Factor-5000!! The team at this Starbucks not only makes, IMHO, the BEST chai tea latte but also excels in friendliness and exemplary customer care/customer service. I will NEVER miss living on Kent East Hill....but I really do miss the amazing team at this Starbucks and being able to get this quality of latte happiness and great service on a regular basis.
