The best Fish and Chip shop in the county. We moved to Desborough from Cottingham and the Desborough Fish Bar is now only round the corner to our home. This is fabulous and we look forward to our pensioner portion of perfectly cooked fish and chips.

Desborough Fish Bar is probably the best fish and chips shop in the universe! The ladies that look after you are really friendly, very helpful (I'll explain why shortly). The shop is super clean and tidy. The portions are amazing. And it's great value for your money. I was working on Station Road on Sunday, I spotted the local chippy, got all excited, couldn't wait for 4 o'clock to come round. Had a chat with my supervisor Phil (top man), we agreed that I could take my break just after 16:30, straight into the chippy, the lovely ladies greeted me and WOW! The biggest fish potions I've ever seen (nicknames the SHARK!). So big I asked the ladies (sorry I didn't get your names) if they could cut it in half, which they did (thank you). I ate some of the other half with chips and saved the other half to share for breakfast in the morning. Thank you so much for the best fish and chips I've experienced in ages. You're the bestest, brilliant xx
