I booked a table at the Gatehouse for a group of 9 having their Christmas Party. The server was very attentive, friendly and helpful. One of my friends is gluten intolerant and the server's knowledge of the menu and the ingredients was fantastic. Thank-you so much, we will definitely be back!

We came last weekend for the £15 family deal, amazing value! I had fish and chips and it was easily the best fish I've ever had. We often come and it is generally really good, my only ask is for an indoor play area, thank you for the delicious meals and great service!!

Went in for food a meal with my family tonight (Friday 6th) and was greeted by two lovely ladies on the bar. There was a small queue when I first arrived but was very quickly caught up with and down to nothing. We ordered our food which came within 30 minutes of ordering, people that brought our plates were very kind and helpful. food was all piping hot and portions were very generous. We have been in quite a few times and have noticed a change within attitude of staff, cleanliness and the overall atmosphere is much better than they were around 6 months ago. We spoke to a staff member who told us the hungry horse is under new management and I will proudly say we will be returning and recommending to absolutely everyone we know! Thank all of the team that were working tonight and we will be seeing you again soon.

Had such a lovely meal with family the food and service was extremely high. Very impressed. Sat outside as children using the play area nice secure environment. It was busy and the staff were working very hard. Food arrived very quickly presented excellently very friendly place and inviting. Nice to see such top quality customer service I applaud the team working here. Will most definitely be visiting again. Thank you

I had a lovely meal at the Gatehouse the service was really good I was served by a young lady named Roseann she was very helpful, polite and was a pleasure to be served by .The food was great it came hot and we didn’t have to wait long at all I would highly recommend.

Good food with a decent service tine, easy ordering from the app. Only minor issue was they forgot the cutlery with my main dish but a quick ask and this was resolved. Josh was polite and helpful. Not usually in the King's Lynn area but if I return I'd be happy to eat here again. Music not too loud which some other pubs make the mistake of doing

I frequently eat out and my favourite venue is the Hungry Horse in Kings Lynn. The food is always ‘top notch’, customer service impeccable - staff are always warm, kind and friendly - willing to go the extra mile without a moments hesitation. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff for their commitment to caring and making each and every visit a delightful one. One member of staff stands out - Lewis. Such a hard working young man that delivers the ‘goods’ consistently and to a very high level. I marvel at his motivation to ensure each and every customer is valued and listened too, alongside a chirpy persona which is lovely to witness. Lewis is a credit to the hospitality industry and I sincerely hope he feels valued by us the customer. Keep up the great work Lewis.
