Treat for the grand daughter at the end of her first week back at school. She enjoys the choice of dishes & it's only £3.95 for her if we arrive before 4.30. But they sting you with the drinks prices, £2.95 for refillable fizzy drink glass! Very limited sweets until after 4.30 also but still, a good option all you can eat in the town centre & we really enjoy it. Staff are very attentive & polite. We'll be back.
The Real China is located on the first floor of St. Stephens Shopping centre in Hull city centre which has plenty of cheap parking. Access by stairs or a lift. Staff were very welcoming, well presented and polite.
The venue is a cosy place that was clean. The food was exceptional although there was one of the chicken selections that was a bit tougher to get through. Pricing was very fair as shown in the attached image. Not as many choices as some other all you can eat Chinese restaurants. If your still hungry, leave your plate on your assigned table and get a fresh clean plate to load up again. By the time you get back your previous place will of been taken away. There was a small choice of deserts, which were very nice.
Sitting at the next table to another customer, I told by them the night time choice has more to choose from. As you will notice from the image the night time sitting costs a little more.
Well worth the visit and money
9/10 rating from me
Lovely place, great all you can eat experience.
Staff very attentive and friendly too.
Definitely have to return 😋
Visited on a Sunday lunchtime. Arrived to find a queue of about 15 in front of us. 5 minutes later we were shown to a table because the people infront of us were waiting for larger tables (we were a party of 2)
The staff were very friendly and cleared the tables promptly. The food was nice, not as much choice as other buffet locations - but the lower price reflects this. Love the refill drinks option!
Would definitely go back if I was in Hull again.
When it comes to all-you-can-eat Asian food, The Real China flys above the rest in Hull City Centre.
There are a few places that serve Asian food in the town centre with a choice of Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese & Thai cuisine and there are two all-you-can-eat places within walking distance of each other. The Real China is by far the best one.
Competitively priced with a wide selection of Oriental dishes and a few English sides like chips, onion rings etc. there is something for most people here.
The Real China is the best all-you-can-eat place in Hull’s Town Centre by a long way and it adds to the excellent choice of Asian food in the City.
To be honest the food qualities and the price in the town centre are unbeatable. It’s a buffet with a long queue but still you could get in within 30 mins. Food is beyond my expectations and the staff are kind and friendly, highly recommended if you need for some exotics oriental food.
Loved every minute. I enjoy the variety of food on a night visit to a day and they allow reservations. The food is constantly topped up and warm, soft drinks are re-fillable and the staff are very pleasent.
Nice food and good price. I have popped in for dinner. It was good for food choices as they have load of foods such as starter, main cause, and dessert. The seafood looks nice and tasty. If they have more fresh fruit it will be great.
The one suggestion is about ice box should be drain and keep clean.
The best Chinese buffet restaurant in Hull🤩
High food quality, Best price, positive vibe, respectful and friendly staffs, and food taste mesmerised me👌

I always enjoy coming here with my friends because we get to eat well. It feels like home cooking. Weldone, guys. The staff are too face rigid though. They need to smile at approaching customers. 🙏🏽
