Didn't have out to eat but the coffee was excellent like it is never had a bad coffee from Costa yet

Coffee is good as usual. Unfortunately, the place is starting to look a bit tired and dated and could do with a revamp, i.e., tiled counter front chipped worn arms and seats on comfy chairs. The place is clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Just been to Costa with my daughters. We were served by a lady who unfortunately I didn't take the name of. She was lovely, very friendly and professional and welcoming. Unfortunately her colleague on the other hand was very unprofessional. As we walked over to order our drinks she completely ignored us as if we wernt there. She was stood speaking to 2 of her friends and left the other colleague to do everything. They were speaking and laughing very loud the whole time we were there and as we were leaving she went outside with her friends to smoke which again is very unprofessional. Customers don't want to see her with a cigarette in her hand and then going back into the shop handling food. I really wish I had took the other lady's name because she was a credit to costa and it was a pleasure to be served by her.

Use this costa before work 2-3 times a week. I ordered click and collect and it's always ready when I get there. The staff are really friendly

Had a lovely oat milk coffee. We went in to see if we could sort out a parking ticket that we had received. I have to say Molly or Mollie (not sure which way she spells her name), was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to the team at this this branch 👏.
