Costa Coffee Within Next

I have been going to Costa Knaresborough for some years now and have always found the staff very friendly especially the assistant manager. In defence to some of the harsh reviews, the store is smaller than the other stores in the area and, yes, sometimes the tables may not get cleared straight away but this is due to the very high demand to purchase coffee from this store. All of the staff are very efficient and helpful and are generally worked off their feet. As for being called lovely now and again and made to feel special in a world full of doom and gloom. Is that really a bad thing? Decaf Dave

Normally I find These coffee shops to be quite bland. This place stood out because of the exceptional customer service and atmosphere. It was driven by the attitude of one member of staff. He encouraged the others, offering support to an obviously new recruit and when asked for help by another responded with “of course I can do that”. He was carried this attitude on to the customers. The cafe which was. On St James retail park already had a cue at the opening time this morning and quickly filled up. There was a very happy atmosphere.
