Much better service compared to my previous visit. The lady with the red hair was much more welcoming than the member of staff I encountered last time.
Chatted with the too chef who was also Very friendly and helpful.
The food was great on both occasions to be fair. Pork belly burger is fantastic value and quality.

The food was delicious. We had the sharing platter and a portion of sweet potato fries between 4 people and it filled us up. The beer was nice and fresh. The staff were really friendly. Nice atmosphere.

The room we stayed in was quite dim with the only natural light coming from a small light well. However, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was powerful and easy to operate, and there was very decent WiFi. Plus, our room had a Nespresso machine and a generous selection of pods and teabags. It felt like a real refuge and we loved it. My full English breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked (a real rarity these days) and was absolutely sensational. The Cross Keys might not be to everyone's taste but in my view they did all the important things very well indeed so it's a top recommendation from me.

Stayed here on Saturday 15th for a family wedding in Knutsford, we booked 4 rooms, which very comfortable and clean. The staff where extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. None of us could fault the breakfast which waz fresh and piping hot, you could also have as much coffee or tea as you wanted. We would definitely stay again.

Being my first time in Knutsford I was hesitant and then the staff were amazing, really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying in the hotel and grabbing a drink and food.
