Superb. A good selection of savoury dishes and salads, absolutely bursting with freshness and flavour. I had the galette (mushrooms and cheese) and the butternut squash salad and they were wonderful. As was my lemon meringue with passionfruit. Came home with a big bag of massive meringues, too, because they were too spectacular to pass by! The displays were enticing, the service excellent and the whole experience needs repeating again and again. It's a shame I live hundreds of miles away because I would be a very regular customer.

Gosh, it's impossible to walk past Ben's Flavours and not go in. I've been a handful of times now and have yet to sample the savoury menu because I take one look at the cake and pastry display and I'm completely smitten. Since we've discovered Ben's Flavours my husband is extremely happy as he is no longer 'dragged out for cake'. He can instead indulge his savoury side whilst I eat more dessert than I should and this suits us perfectly. Oh, and they are definitely the best sweet treats in Hampshire.

Lovely cafe which is run by a family. Friendly service & great foods The salad was very interesting with beetroot, chickpeas and pomegranate - I must say very healthy 😋 The cakes were tempting too. One of them had rose water in it - beautiful flavours combination. As much I as know the salad & cakes are variable every day, so you never get bored eating the same food if you come more times.

I don't want to tell anybody but Bens does an awesome breakfast for me. But then my awesome might not be your awesome. Cakes, Savouries and salads are special too! Great unique addition to Lee-on-Solent cafe scene. Its clear Ben is passionate about his cooking. Worth trying if you haven't already.

Driving through Lee we were looking for somewhere different to grab a bite for lunch and happened to take one of the back roads. The colourful window display of meringues and cakes caught our attention at "Ben's Flavours". The interior is a simple clean white reminiscent of a gallery space where the colour of the food on display paints a vibrant and tempting picture. Opted for a crayfish and butternut squash tart and salad followed by a pear, ginger and chocolate cake. The quality and flavours of the food were amazing and really can't believe this lucky find. Couldn't resist and bought the chefs book as well! Will be back again for sure.

Only been here for breakfast (although have done take out lunch). Love that they open at 8, I don't know of any other places in Lee like this that do. Great breakfasts, all fresh made to order. Love the chic pea breakfast and eggs Benedict. They just need to sort WiFi 😁

Very friendly. Let us bring dog in after being turned away twice elsewhere. Lovely food, lots of veggie options and amazing cakes.

What a brilliant place! The food is so on point, fresh and vibrant flavours, really exciting pairings that you wouldn't normally try. I've been going here for a number of years so I'm slightly biased. Ben himself is really friendly and will go out if his way to accommodate his customers. The years he has been cooking and the knowledge accumulated is firmly on display in his shop. You can eat in or takeaway, sweet and savory. You can also just pop in for cake and coffee!

Absolutely First Class! Nothing too much trouble for the owner, very welcoming and hospitable. If there's something that's not on the menu, it can be arranged. Food is excellent and tastes as good as it looks. Family run business that's streets ahead of any competition. Everyone must pay at least one visit to Ben's Flavours (although I doubt you will only go once).

Fantastic food from the artisan bakery. The talented Al serves stunning salads, divine pastries (savoury and sweet) and the best breads/french pastries. How lucky we are to have this gem on our high street!. Worth a visit.

Nice looking place. Variety of cakes was amazing and all freshly made on the premises. Only visiting friends and went here with them to Ben's on our last day with them. Never tasted the wares as watching the calories but cakes and puddings looked great.
