Received a notification that our order was ready for pick up. We get there and they have no idea what’s going on. Apparently they never received the order blah blah blah… and they were out of everything. Our card had already been charged (since they marked it ready for pick up) so I went back in to ask if they had cancelled the order so we can at least get our money back. Apparently no one knew anything that either. The manager is a joke, I’m not surprised that they struggle so much… thanks for stealing our money.

I would give negative stars if I could. We just got home from ordering from this restaurant. They were out of biscuits, mac and cheese and crispy chicken. Got home and realized we got 3 measly scoops of potatoes. We also ordered a small lemon cake... $5 for not even a slice of cake. Will not be back.

I was more than satisfied with my meal I asked for a three chicken wings box that included 2 sides, My chicken wings were fresh and hot as were my mash potatoes. The only complaint I have is I assumed that a biscuit came with the box meal for $8.97. I'm disappointed that when I asked for extra butter and honey for my biscuit the employee at drive thru did not inform me that biscuits did not come with this box meal. We asked again at pick up to be sure I had butter and honey for my BISCUIT and didn't get told I had no BISCUIT. I would have been glad to have paid extra.
