The Olive - Greek Street Food

Just had my 1st order tonight and OMG amazing, the food was well presented good portions. I ordered a chicken gyros wrap and a chargrilled lamb gyros not only did it look amazing the taste and flavours took me right back to a Greek holiday. I would highly recommend this place they are on deliveroo which I used and from start to finish I knew where my order was and time of arrival. Spot on no complaints. If you fancy a Greek dinner this to me is the place to go in Leicester. 10/10

I was in Leicester for 1 evening on my way up North and was delighted to fund this restaurant. I know and cook Greek food myself and was happily surprised by the quality of food. This is street food so the menu is simple with also vegetarian options. I ordered the lamb souvlaki on a plate. It was very tasty, well cooked, salad was fresh, the pitta was delicious and the fries were really good. All served freshly cooked. I didn't know what to expect but was impressed. I wish I had had more appetite to order a delicious looking traditional dessert. The service was really friendly and professional. It was very clean. Top treat: background authentic Greek music. This place never fails to prepare a great meal- I can highly recommend the Chicken Gyro for quality and quantity, exceedingly excellent every time and value for money. Plenty of choice on the menu, and I’ve never been let down with any item, delivered or dining in. The only gripe about this place (which is not their fault), is the place physically is on the small side. The good news though, you can book tables to avoid missing out. This is definitely the best Greek in Leicester, without a doubt!
