The pizzas and pastas are actually amazing over here. They taste really outstanding. I went here thrice during my time in Leicester and was very satisfied here with the food and service. The service was quick.

For those residing in the UK, Zizzi would be a familiar name. It is one of the more successful European (Italian in this case) franchised chain of restaurants with the likes of other competitors such as Bella Italia, Carluccios, Cafe Rouge, that commands a presence in most if not all major cities in the UK. In the city centre of Leicester itself, there are already 2, one nestled at the new Highcross Shopping Centre, and the other (which is the one we frequent) is located along the high streets on Belvoir Street. We particularly favoured this particular branch of Zizzi owing to its interior decorations, which gave a very 'warm' feeling. Split over 2 levels, separated by a small flight of stairs, you could even witness your food being prepared before you by the chefs working at the open-concept kitchen. The service was very friendly and accommodating and happily answered questions about the menu items. The restaurant looks great and feels cozy. The food is hit and miss, some items are delicious, some are not so much. You can do meerkat make here inline the other Zizzis in Leicester. The toilets are clean but are downstairs, which may prove difficult for some! I know it was for my Gran
Great food and attentive staff! Had a great meal and the restaurant wasn’t busy so I think this helped the service. Although it wasn’t the cheapest of meals (mainly due to expensive drinks!) all the food was to a high quality and tasted great. I had a lamb shoulder which was incredibly tender and the potatoes were very tasty. I think I’ll be visiting another zizzis again!

Nice place. Food is much like any chain. I'm not sure if its disabled friendly as the toilets are downstairs, but saying that, I didn't see one in the main part of the restaurant or a lift, but I could be wrong.
Staff were friendly, albeit a little slow to serve an initial drink.
Had a lovely meal here with family. Really impressed. Especially with the kids food. Vegan and gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. Staff were great, nice atmosphere too.
We visited on a Sunday afternoon for lunch with my daughter. We've chose from the three course lunch which was Great value for money. Tthe mocktails were good too.... The starters are quite large so we shared it between us for variation. My pizza was huge so hey kindly gave me a takeaway box to take the pizza home with me. I will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend this restaurant
The food at Zizzi's was absolutely delicious a well presented.
The restaurant has an initiative layout with plenty of choice and the staff were welcoming and friendly. They also don't bug you while you're eating.
The only downside is that it is rather pricey, simply knocking down the prices by 5-10% would make it 5 star.
Quality food both on and off the set menus. Open-design inside with a good decor. Diligent team and fair pricing throughout. Slightly let down by the quality of our starter but the main/dessert more than made up for it. All in all a great experience, look forward to trying the Zizzi experience in other branches.
Excellent food. Very friendly and helpful staff nothing was too much trouble.
