Lovely pub to have a nice quiet pint or two, The Landlady is so friendly, she makes all welcome. Plus it's a dog friendly pub so that's a Plus. Definitely going again, and again, etc.

Outside area to use if nice weather.

Our group had a lunch time meal after a walk. We received a warm welcome and the food was hot and quickly served. The loaded fries were particularly good. The pub was decorated ready for Halloween and it looks like they will be having fun.

Great place, lovely garden to lounge in and have a nice drink during the summer.

Friendly people and staff. Good beer and decent pool table. Still great 2 years after my initial review
