Kfc Leicester

Mostly I always order online, this was 1st time I visit the store. Loved the big order screen right at the entrance. Placement of the screen I don't find it very convenient, much better to have it on the table and a little sizeable. No question about the food it is good as usual. I will say sitting and having it fresh and hot is much better than ordering food at home. There is a sitting arrangement on the 1st floor at the shop, considering that the family will visit there should be some facility for a pushchair to be taken on the top floor. There should be more cleanliness, as we noticed some smell around our table, kids change from 1 table to another one but still, they were not happy.

This is unarguably the best experience I had as a customer of kfc for the past many years. They serve halal meat. The place was crowded but service was quick as could be. We took our table and placed an order through the kfc app and the order number immediately appeared on the screen near the counter. Within five to seven min max they called our order number and *mr.Brodia* handed over the order to me and making sure I received everything in the order and being generous with the mayo and ketchup packets he offered to help if there was anything more I needed. He was quick, attentive and made sure we return again as regular customers. Food: we ordered a bucket of 6 original chicken pieces more than enough for 3 adults. The chicken was tender, juicy and had no smell with just the right amount of spices. The garden salad was fresh and crisp. Washrooms were upstairs but not maintained.
