Incredible service! Staff helped me get a seat that was accessible with a phone charger, and as their tills crashed as I was paying I got my whole meal for free! Was a brilliant end to a tough day. Accessibility is good, with a disabled loo available via staff or a radar key. Can be very busy, but they work very hard and provide excellent service

Very busy but kept clean by staff quickly. Saw a family leave all their food on table and all over floor, left a right mess. Member of staff quickly cleared it up. Regards food, it's the best McD I've been to in along time. Chips weren't the usual soggy offerings you usually get and burger was put together properly, not thrown together. Well done to this McDs. Next time I'm in Lincoln I will definitely use this one again 👍

Great service considering I visited at very early hours of the morning. Staff were polite and courteous for how busy the restaurant was, there was also security present as with many people coming from nights out, skirmishes may have been possible. The restaurant wasn't the cleanest, however, there was an attendant going around cleaning as they could, which again was a great effort for how busy, noisy and sometimes disrespectful other customers were to the state of the tables and seating. Great management to keep the staff motivated at this hour and for the clientele that were attracted by the time.

Decent food, decent prices, tables upstairs and downstairs to eat at and toilets there too. Wheelchair accessible with a wheelchair accessible toilet, although they staff tend to close off the upstairs seating later on at night and so many people will be using the wheelchair accessible toilet because the normal toilets are upstairs, so it may not always be in the greatest of condition. Takeaway option is available too.

Good service, clean, efficient, polite helpful Management & Staff. Bit noisy when busy - could benefit from more restful calming background music -¿Gentle Folk or Classical Music? Otherwise very welcoming! Could benefit from displaying some Signs regarding it's new Policy of RECYCLING a maximum of the Mountain of Rubbish its manner of trading generates, & should consider a more Practical solution of using actual CROCKERY!! & how come they can NEVER supply Pepper, or Cream - especially SOYA alternatives! Management take note.

1st time my 4 year old Grandson has been to a McDonald's & he loved it. He normally eats like a sparrow, but he ate everything, then had an extra large fries after. The other this I liked was that we needed 8 seats for our party, got them all together quite easily. A great 1st time experience for my grandson!!
