Fazoli's

I went to Fazoli’s after a stressful day at work. The staff was great from the moment I walked in. It was my first time eating there and they were more than helpful explaining the menu. The service we got throughout our dining experience was top notch. Nate was very attentive and couldn’t have done a better job! I will definitely be back because of the service Nate and the team provided!

First time ever having Fazolis and as soon as I stepped in it was easily one of my better dining experiences. Nate and the staff were friendly and helped me with all my menu questions. They recommended the best and it was great! Food was fast and fresh and Nate kept them bread sticks coming! Will definitely be back but only when Nate is working.

I had the best experience at this location, not because of the food, but because of one particular staff member. Nate provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Nate was attentive, friendly, and engaged in fun conversation. I was so impressed by his service that I wanted to offer him a job. I have never been to Fazolis before but This man deserves a Raise!

A couple of less than pleasant reviews have complained of gross service and long wait times. Tempted to listen, but glad we didn't. Nate at the front desk was helpful and patient with menu questions. Before we had even filled our drinks our food was waiting for us. Delicious and warm, my kids are happy and so am I.

I have tried Fazoli's on more than one occasion in an attempt to give them a shot at redemption. Unfortunately that has never happened. I've had rotten salads, day old chicken and cold food throughout my trips. They consistently have a long wait as well, which is amplified by cold food. Overall, they need new management and better food handling. Update 12/18/18: We tried Fazoli’s again after the Manager reached out to me. I will say, it was much better. Wait time wasn’t too bad. However the lasagna was definitely not the freshest, but it was edible. I’ll try to again soon to see if it’s consistent. Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars.
