I love this store, however I don't like the fact I can't get delivered. I live 4 miles away and they are the closest location but there cut off is a block away from them.

2 good things and 2 bad. Good-#1the sandwiches are always good for the wife and kids. #2-the employees are always great. Bad-#1 how is it that I bring a Slim 1 and a #16 home and I have to figure out which is which? Shouldn't a sandwich with actual stuff on it be bigger? #2 why can't I get vinegar on the side? I've been told it can be done but if I order it through the app or drive thru, I'm told it can't be done.

Great experience. Grabbed lunch here today, place was not busy when we got there. Order was very quick and bread was fresh. The store was very clean and organized. The place has a good selection of sandwiches and chips. The drink selection is average, only have coke products and no brewed iced tea option. Prices are a little on the high side for the sandwiches offered but are good. It did not appear they offered a combo option. It's a better option than subway and is cheaper than Jersey Mike's. Would go again if I am looking for a quick bite that is not a burger joint.

So I bought a sandwich from these guys and they messed it up the manager two days ago told me that my sandwich was fully paid for then when I get there they want to charge me even more money for itI'll probably never go there ever again

I love this place for sandwiches. They are nice and try to get your order right. They put my extra veggies in a cup since they were for my 14 month old son. I never told them that but they did it anyway. You made my son so happy. He loves his cucumber and tomatoes.

Fingers crossed the sandwich line workers are mouthbreathers, because neither of them are wearing their mask over their noses today.
Also noticed ingredients on the sign show no tomatoes as ingredients, but they are on at least some of them.

Went to the 86th location and walked in and was told they wouldn't/couldn't take our order for 15 minutes. Due to timed orders. I've never had experience like this before ever. Very sad
