Amigos

Went to get dinner this evening - ordered cheese frenchies. I didn't check the bag until I got home - they were burnt to a crisp! I called back - the young man offered me a $10 gift card to be sent to me - well seeing as how that is what I spent on the meal I'm not appeased! They knew these were burnt and hard as rocks when they bagged them - great customer service Amigos!

I love amigos because you can get so full enjoying the flavors that you love on a tiny price tag. I love the special dishes and the amigos recipes are unmatched, more about this next time. My sister in law comes from California and always has to eat her on-the-go meals at two places that we only have in Nebraska. Lots of Mexican style food places where she's from. But thrifty is her priority, so she is ordering a "Soft pinto burrito " and pouring on all of the wonderful, free ingredients in there untouchable salsa bar. Get a plate and sit down. For $2 you will be full and satisfied for hours until you can get back home! DO this. You will make it a habit if you do trust me.

Always turnover. I'm happy to help new staff and appreciate the offer of free donuts for waiting, but this time was a little much. My order was so messed up. They left THE MEAT off of the burger, gave French fries for all meals when I specifically stated which meals to give the mexi fries for, the pico was bad and terribly sour tasting. I was offered free donuts while waiting as I had already gathered all of the condiments. While waiting with my now very excited son for the donuts and adult meals, the manager turned around and said "was there something else you need?" I told him what we needed, and he stated such bag they shoved the food into. I said "oh, I'm sorry I didn't realize that. My son would like to pick out the donuts now then," while I pointed out all the fries were wrong, but stated please don't hold the line up, it's fine with the fries. Long story short, they always make good in their word to patient customers, but not this time.

The service was not the best waited up front for 10mins before anyone came to take our order I was suppose to have mexifries I got tarot tots half or order was forgot bc they lost our ticket the best thing they had was the donuts and ice cream the other food was meh. I wld go back for the donuts but nothing else. And the fact the lady that came in 5 mins after us had still not hot her order before we left they brought it out once and it was all wrong by the time they brought it out the second time she still made 3 trips to the counter bc it was right. I felt bad for her.

I usually get pretty good service here, however tonight (June 30 2019) was NOT cool. We pulled into the drive through and we're greeted properly and after placing the order which was 7 mexi-fry nachos were told to pull forward for the total. When we got to the window. Our total cost, was 5.96 (which is the cost of 1 mexi-fry nachos). We tell the cashier that we wanted 7 and this is where the whole experience went from good to baaaad fast! #shouldawenttoTICOs #imissthepacificnorthwest
