We had 8 orders for 8 people with some special orders on 2 of them. So it was a challenging order. I was very patient with the guy taking our order, because he seemed to be new. I had to repeat the first of the 8 orders 3 times - one time because his headset died, so that one was not his fault. I wasn't sure he was getting the order right, so I was a little stressed. We spent literally 8 or 10 minutes on ordering, and there were no cars in front of us by the time we pulled up to pay. When we got to the pay window, another employee was there to go over our order to make sure it was correct. To their credit, it seemed right - great job! We pulled up to the food window. Employees were diligently pulling food for the order, but it took another 10 minutes - at least - to get it together. However, everyone was very pleasant, and obviously cared about getting it all right. After all of it was out, we pulled to the side and checked it. They got it right! Great job getting a tough order out correctly! The only complaint I have was that it took a really long time, and some of the fries were only a bit over 1/2 full. But overall, the employees that directly dealt with us were diligent & customer friendly under pressure. Thanks for your hard work. I really appreciate how well you did with our order, and I'm sure the newbies will get better with experience.

I have lived around the corner for the last two years. Every time I stop through the drive through I’m expecting a 20-30 minute wait. This last time I waited for 15 minutes after I ordered. And when I got to the window they told me nuggets would be another 5 minutes. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have started prepping them when I originally ordered. That seems like that makes sense. They definitely aren’t understaff I saw at least three employees just hanging out. I will probably not come back for some time and see if they get better.

I've had some bad fast food experiences in my life but this one tops them all. The entire staff acts like they would rather be dead then working there. Was greeted with nothing but attitude and ignored. After I got my food I had the drive thru window slammed in my face before I could mention I never got my chocolate frosty. The kid saw me several times and still didn't come back. Finally when he did I explained that I was missing a frosty and I swear it was the equivalent to cussing him out. When I finally did get my frosty from one of the other employees as they closed the window they called me a pr***! So sorry for wanting what I actually ordered and paid for. If you hate your job that much quit and do something else. So we drive home and thoroughly inspect our food come to find out there was a bug in my wife's drink, our burgers were complete slop and all the fries were cold and soggy. Hands down the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too. Avoid at all costs!

I work down the road and frequent this Wendy’s quite a bit recently, AND EVERY TIME something is missing, not made correctly or completely the wrong order! With inflation and the cost of things rising, I would greatly appreciate getting what I ordered and paid for. Is that too much to ask? Mistakes do happen, but 3 DAYS IN A ROW!?!? Please improve your service!!!! Please coach your staff to make the correct items that people request and pay for! This location has the worst service. Their whole staff should be fired immediately besides the cooks, food was good. They forgot my honey mustard sauce which is fine, mistakes happen. Then I proceeded to wait 10 minutes, waving at them, making eye contact and got ignored the entire time. They finally opened the window and before I could even get a word in, they handed me two bags full of food and walked away. I dont even feel bad for being given the food. Hopefully this will teach them a lesson to pay more attention to their surroundings.

One of the worst fast food restaurants in town the food is always nearly a 30 minute wait and the food is always cold as if it was made 20 minutes prior and sat on a table getting cold before being handed to me the customer. There is always something missing in the order snd the burgers appear as if they were slam dunked into the bag and the beef is always overcooked. I do not recommend ever ordering from this Wendy's I would rather drive across town to the Wendy's on highway 2 and 84th to get my food.

When I went here this week I Got the breakfast for the first time. The breakfast baconator was amazing. It was really nice ordering through the app because there is extra deals and it is really easy to pick up after ordering online. I would highly suggest checking out the breakfast if you get a chance. Also shout-out to the staff here they are super busy and still giving great service!

The food is always awesome and this occasion was no exception. But the dining room was quite messy at like 1:30 or 2:00 in the afternoon and nobody was cleaning it. Meanwhile, although the temp outside was in the 70s, it was about 63 degrees in the dining room. The AC was blowing very aggressively and totally unnecessarily. So this wasn't an ideal experience, overall.
