Bought my son and myself a large fry and a couple other things yesterday(9/9/21) at 10:44am. Got about 10 minutes away and we find this nasty, used, bandaid folded up, in our fries after eating approximately 1/2 of them.
In all fairness, I did call and spoke to a manager, and was offered replacement fries and a “sorry”. I don’t know what I really expect for them to do to make it better. New food when a person is now nauseated is definitely not it!
I just don’t understand how this happens. Do they not wear gloves? I don’t see how this is an accident.
We will not be eating at any McDonalds, again.

The customer service was not on point this time and the customer food was cold by the time they acknowledged me. However, most of the times they really do great. I think it was just an off day because of how crazy busy they were.

What’s the point of having two lines to order if only one line is serviced and the other line continues to grow longer. If you’re going to have both lanes open, actually have two people taking orders from the lines. It makes it take longer when one person is taking orders from both lanes

I had to go in after waiting in the drive through and not even getting to order. Then the lady is rude and offers no discount while being rude to other people ordering as well. I will never go back to this location again.

Every time I have gone to this location. I have received quick and quality service. The dine-in area has always been clean. There food is always fresh.

THEY STOLE MONEY FROM AN ELDERLY VETERAN!! Today I was in the drive through at 56th and hwy 2 McDonalds. The lady two cars ahead of me paid for the elderly man who was behind her because he was a veteran. His car had US Navy plates. When he got to the window to pay he was confused but they sent him on to the next window assuring him that his order had been paid for. Once he got to the next window to get his food he tried to pay again and instead of doing what was right and explaining to him it had been paid for by the car ahead of him…..the lady took his money. When I got to the window I asked why she did that and she said oh well he was confused. Needless to say I proceeded to tell her how messed up( I used other words) it was and she said “ oh well he didn’t understand anyway ”. I proceeded to get louder and a manager asked if there was a problem, and after telling her what happened she said the lady at the window didn’t understand English very well. Hmmmmm. She understood exactly what she did. Really nice way to treat a veteran McDonald’s.

They told me to drive through the whole line again for my pickup order because there intercom wasn’t working. That is so unprofessional I can not even believe this happened. This McDonald’s is bad for our community.

If I can give negative score, I would. This location used to be one of our favorite locations in town. For some reason, it started to go down hill during this pandemic (especially after remodeling). Maybe they can't find qualified workers. It seems that they hire anyone. Their workers at night are unprofessional. Poor service at night and poor quality of food. Often get your order wrong. Don't recommend this place. Service and food quality are both awful.
