I love Mexican food, be it a sit down, fine dining, or a quick drive thru, which is what we did today. I had a soft shell taco, my husband ordered the burrito combo large. Plenty for us to share.

We came in near the end of the breakfast period and ordered.
The employees were friendly and attentive.
This Taco John's was very clean -- including the restroom!
When my food came to the table I noticed right away it had apparently set in a cooker for awhile -- the steak had a slight burned appearance, and the potato oles were a bit greasey.

Normally my favorite quick place, until tonight. Worked over 12, stopped in quick salad and taco to go got Sour Cream!! Allergic...called and the manager turned it back on me!! I asked you....not I'm sorry can we make another!! Just I asked you.....nice.

ordered a steak breakfast burrito - tasted like cigarettes. Had to repeat my order multiple times to the lady at the window. The only good thing was the potatoes and nacho cheese.

Taco johns is a great Nebraska/Colorado/Wyoming chain that equals the taste of Tex/Mex fast food in my mind and I've never had a bad meal at 42 years old.

My experience wasn't the best... The bean burrito was almost tasteless; and they forgot to put in any salsa. I really wasn't impressed. I could make a better bean burrito! Sorry Taco John's. I won't be going back.

I was greeted at the speaker and asked if I wanted to try a super burrito, I responded no thank you and there was just silence, was I supposed to order, was I supposed to wait? A little awkward! The approach to the drive-through is a little gross, Nothing a little paint wouldn’t fix! The guy at the window was super friendly and that is the only reason that it’s two stars instead of one. The tacos were mostly lettuce very little meat. There is a tip cup taped to the drive-through window which I feel is extremely tacky!

I like their food but this location has repeatedly not got my order right. My fault for not checking but last night they forgot the potato oles....THE MAIN REASON WHY I CHOSE TO GO YO TJ.
